Marketing Suite Clean: Francis Court, Copthorne

SSH Cleaning is carrying out marketing suite cleans at a new care home under construction in Copthorne, West Sussex, keeping the show suite in condition ahead of its August 2026 opening to prospective residents and families.

The home, being built by main contractor Carter Lauren Construction on Borers Arms Road, is a multi-million-pound rebuild of the Francis Court site. When complete, it will provide residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 78 older people, with facilities including a cinema room, on-site cafe, and hair and beauty salon. The home is due to open in winter 2026, with first residents expected in March 2027.

The challenge

Marketing suite cleans in live construction environments are not straightforward. Dust and residue from finishing works elsewhere on site find their way in regardless of how well areas are screened off. One clean at the start of the viewing period rarely holds.

SSH Cleaning’s scope across the programme covers:

• A three-day marketing suite clean from 22 to 24 July, ahead of the suite being prepared for viewings
• A second clean to be scheduled once the builders clean phase is complete, ahead of the show suite opening to prospective residents and families

The programme is designed around the construction schedule, with each visit timed to bring the suite back to the required standard before the next phase of viewings begins.
