When SSH Building Services (part of The SSH Group) were called to look at a London residential works for a “couple of houses” in central London, little did we now that we would be quoting to work on some of the most expensive properties in London.

The reality of managing projects for an ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) is no different from working for any of our other clients.

We treat every project with the same degree of professionalism and respect, achieving a finished product that will pass the most intense scrutiny.

Our brief was to support the prime contractor in a number of areas including French polishing, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, flooring, tiling and joinery in order to achieve optimum results within a tight deadline.

Work scope: Plan, estimate, quote, client liaison, project management and process control, procurement, specialist trade labour supply and management, supervision, snagging, sign-off.

We planned, managed and completed a range of 29 individual jobs, to specification on-time and on-budget.
